Subscription Terms
1. Trials
We may offer trials of our service, which may or may not be free. If a trial is offered, the terms, including the duration and any applicable charges, will be clearly displayed before you begin the trial. Payment information is required before starting any trial. Unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of a free trial, you will be automatically charged the price displayed at the start of the trial for your chosen subscription period.
2. Subscription Renewal
Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing period (4 weeks, 12 weeks, or monthly, as selected) unless you cancel it.
3. Payment Method
Payment will be charged to the payment method you provide. We use Stripe as our third-party payment processor. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge the applicable fees to your chosen payment method via Stripe.
4. Templify Subscription Cancellation
Cancelling your Templify subscription stops future automatic renewals. You will retain access to all subscription features for the remainder of your current billing period. Deleting the app does not cancel your subscription. You must follow the cancellation instructions below.
You can cancel your Templify subscription in two ways:
Contact via email: text us to support@templify.me to request cancellation.
In-App: Go to Settings > My Account > Support within the app.
Please provide the email address associated with your account when requesting cancellation.
5. Price Changes
We may change our subscription prices from time to time. We will provide you with at least 30 days’ notice of any price changes, either by posting the new prices on our app/website or by email. If you do not agree to the new price, you must cancel your subscription before the price change takes effect. Continuing to use the service after the price change goes into effect constitutes acceptance of the new price.
6. Refunds
This Refund Policy explains how refunds work for Templify subscriptions and digital products. It applies only to purchases made directly through our website and does not apply to purchases made through third-party platforms such as the Apple App Store.
By completing a purchase, you confirm that you have read and agreed to this Refund Policy.
App Store Refunds (Apple Purchases)
If you purchased a subscription or started a trial through the Apple App Store, all payments and refunds are handled exclusively by Apple.
Apple reviews refund requests independently and does not guarantee refunds. Access to digital content is considered delivered immediately upon purchase. Refunds may be denied even if the app was not opened or used. Forgetting to cancel a subscription, changing your mind, or not using the app during the billing period are generally not considered valid refund reasons.
Templify does not have access to Apple’s billing systems and cannot approve or influence App Store refund decisions.

8. Refund Policy for Templify (Website Purchases)
This section applies only to subscriptions and digital products purchased directly through our website.
All website payments are processed securely through Stripe or PayPal. Transaction and processing fees charged by third parties are non-refundable.
Access to Templify is granted immediately after purchase. Once access is provided, the digital service is considered delivered, regardless of whether the app is opened or used.
7-Day 100% Money-Back Guarantee (Website Subscriptions Only)
We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee for website subscription purchases.
The refund window lasts 7 full days (7 × 24 hours) and starts at the exact time of the first successful payment.
If you request a refund within this 7-day period, we will issue a full refund.
This guarantee:
• Applies only to website subscriptions
• Applies only to the first subscription purchase
• Can be used only once per user
At the end of the trial period, your subscription will automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal time.
Cancelling a subscription prevents future renewals but does not extend or reset the refund window. Charges that occur after renewal are not eligible for a refund.
Refunds After the Guarantee Period
After the 7-day money-back guarantee ends, refunds are not guaranteed and are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
When reviewing refund requests submitted after this period, we consider:
• Whether access to the service was provided
• Whether the service was available and functional
• Whether a verified technical issue prevented normal use
If access was delivered and no service failure occurred, the purchase is considered valid and a refund will generally not be issued.
Non-Refundable Situations
To keep our refund policy transparent and easy to understand, below are the situations where the 7-day 100% Money-Back Guarantee does not apply and refunds will generally not be approved. Each point is explained in simple terms for clarity.
Refund request submitted after 7 days
Refunds are only guaranteed during the first 7 days after your subscription starts, counted from the exact time of your first successful payment. If a refund request is submitted after this period has fully passed, the guarantee no longer applies.
Purchase made through an app store
If you purchased your subscription through the Apple App Store, refund requests must be handled directly by Apple. We do not have access to app store billing systems and cannot issue or approve refunds for those purchases.
The app was not opened or was used only briefly
Access to Templify is granted immediately after purchase. Even if the app was not opened, used for a short time, or not used at all, the service is considered delivered once access is available.
Change of mind after purchase
Deciding that the app is not the right fit after completing a purchase does not qualify for a refund outside the 7-day guarantee period.
Subscription not cancelled before renewal
Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing cycle unless cancelled in advance. Forgetting to cancel before renewal does not make the renewed charge refundable.
Unawareness of billing dates or renewal terms
Subscription pricing, billing frequency, and renewal dates are clearly displayed before checkout. Not noticing or overlooking this information does not qualify a purchase for a refund.
Digital Products (One-Time Purchases)
Refunds are not available for one-time digital products, including downloadable files, guides, educational materials, and similar content.
These products are delivered instantly after purchase and are considered fully provided once access is made available. Due to the nature of digital content, all sales of one-time digital products are final.
The 7-day money-back guarantee does not apply to one-time digital products.
Subscription Management Responsibility
By subscribing to Templify, you acknowledge that:
• Pricing and renewal terms are clearly shown before checkout
• You are responsible for managing your subscription
• You must cancel before renewal to avoid additional charges
Cancelling a subscription stops future billing but does not automatically qualify previous charges for a refund.
How to Request a Refund (Website Purchases)
To request a refund for a website purchase, please contact our support team.

Please include your name, purchase email, purchase date, and a brief explanation.
If approved, refunds are processed within 5 to 10 business days and returned to the original payment method. Refunds are issued in the original currency. Any bank or exchange fees are not covered.
