Subscription Terms
1. Trials
We may offer trials of our service, which may or may not be free. If a trial is offered, the terms, including the duration and any applicable charges, will be clearly displayed before you begin the trial. Payment information is required before starting any trial. Unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of a free trial, you will be automatically charged the price displayed at the start of the trial for your chosen subscription period.
2. Subscription Renewal
Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing period (4 weeks, 12 weeks, or monthly, as selected) unless you cancel it.
3. Payment Method
Payment will be charged to the payment method you provide. We use Stripe as our third-party payment processor. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge the applicable fees to your chosen payment method via Stripe.
4. Cancellation
Cancelling your subscription stops future automatic renewals. You will retain access to all subscription features for the remainder of your current billing period. Deleting the app does not cancel your subscription. You must follow the cancellation instructions below.
You can cancel your subscription in two ways:
Contact via email: text us to support@templify.me to request cancellation.
In-App: Go to Settings > My Account > Support within the app.
Please provide the email address associated with your account when requesting cancellation.
5. Price Changes
We may change our subscription prices from time to time. We will provide you with at least 30 days’ notice of any price changes, either by posting the new prices on our app/website or by email. If you do not agree to the new price, you must cancel your subscription before the price change takes effect. Continuing to use the service after the price change goes into effect constitutes acceptance of the new price.
6. Refunds
App Store Subscriptions: If you purchased a subscription or enabled a trial on the App Store, and you are eligible for a refund, you must request it directly from Apple. Please visit the Apple support page for instructions on how to request a refund.
Website Subscriptions: For subscriptions purchased through our website, please refer to our Refund Policy for details.

8. Refund Policy for Templify (Website Purchases)
This Refund Policy applies to purchases of the Templify mobile app made directly through our website (templifyapp.com), and not through app stores such as the Apple App Store. Purchases made through the App Store are subject to their respective refund policies, and you must contact them directly for refunds.
All payments for website purchases are processed securely through Stripe. Any applicable transaction fees charged by the processor are non-refundable.

Non-Refundable Scenarios
To make things clear, here are the situations in which our 7-day 100% Money-Back Guarantee does not apply, and refunds will generally not be approved:
Your refund request is made more than 7 days after the start of your subscription (the date of your first payment).
- You purchased the app through an app store. If this is the case, contact the respective app store for their refund policy. Unfortunately, our hands are tied here, and we can’t process refunds for those purchases.
How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please contact our support team by email at support@templify.me or directly through the app. To speed up the process, please provide the following information:
- Your name
- The email address used to purchase the app
- The date of purchase
- A detailed description of the technical issue you are experiencing
- Any steps you have already taken to try to resolve the issue
Refund Process
Once we receive your refund request, our support team will review the issue. We may ask for additional information or screenshots to help us understand the problem. If we determine that you are eligible for a refund, it will be processed within 5–10 business days. The refund will be credited back to the original payment method used for the purchase.
Refunds are issued in the same currency as the original payment. Exchange rate differences or bank fees are not covered by Templify.

We reserve the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time without notice. Any changes will be posted on this page.
